In My Baking Era

I used to bake a lot, but as life happened, baking fell by the wayside. I still enjoy it from time to time, but it’s not my go to any longer. Until I discovered the Loki Doki Dog baking cutters. These cutters and the recipes that April provides are seriously a game changer. Over the years, I have googled countless dog treat recipes online only to be disappointed by the way they turned out. Did my dogs eat them? Duh, I have labs… the direct equivalent to a garbage disposal. But that’s not the point when you’re putting that much effort into something. I don’t just want it to be edible, I want it to look good too.

So when Loki Doki Dog started creating dog cookie cutters, I was all in. First of all, they are adorable, and that’s what first catches your eye. You’re lured in by the cuteness and the potential of all the cute photos you can take of your dog with their adorable custom or seasonal cutters. But then reality hits and you remember that in order to get those cute photos of your dog eating the treats, you have to actually make them. Reason number 2 why April is amazing… she tests and re-tests so many recipes so that she is only providing you with a recipe that not only your dogs will love, but that work well with her cutters. Dare I say she is a perfectionist, because she truly does not put anything out that is short of perfection.

So while I’m over here collecting all of the cute cutters, I’m wondering how fat my dogs are going to get, how many cute pictures I can take, and what other amazing ideas LDD is going to come up with.
