I used to bake a lot, but as life happened, baking fell by the wayside. I still enjoy it from time to time, but it’s not my go to any longer. Until I discovered the Loki Doki Dog baking cutters. These cutters and the recipes that April provides are seriously a game changer. Over the years, I have googled countless dog treat recipes online only to be disappointed by the way they turned out.

Bath is a dreaded word in our house… instead of saying it, we oftentimes spell it, lest we get dogs running and hiding from us. BUT, what they haven’t learned yet, is getting in the car can also mean a B-A-T-H — enter Chewy’s Bonetique in Lowry.

As a pet owner, I’m sure you know the struggle of keeping all the smells at bay. With three dogs, I am constantly trying to clean and make sure it doesn’t smell like we live in a dog house (even though we basically do). Year round, I’m fighting the things that the pups get into— springtime mud, the summer heat and sweat, the piles of leaves and dirt in the fall, and wintertime snow and wet.

If you know me, you know that LSDL has been a passion project of mine for a while now. I came up with the idea long ago, but finally pulled the trigger to get it started in 2019. The idea was simple, use my dogstragam community as well as the network of people I know, and ask them if I can photograph their dog… while they’re sleeping. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

People talk about love languages a lot, and I guess technically, there are like five or something, but I’d like to add another one — bringing people together. There may be some that argue it could fall under quality time, but I disagree 🤣 The actual act of planning and creating events for people to enjoy, and then inviting them to said event, that’s one of my love languages. I truly love creating something for people to do together.

I first started my dog instagram account because I felt like my dogs were under appreciated on my personal account 😂 Laugh, but it’s true. And if you’re reading this, you’re probably a dog person, so you get it. Walking by a stranger with my dog and they don’t smile… off with their head.

It’s more information than any of you asked for, but guess what? It’s nearly impossible for me to edit myself when talking about my dogs, dogs in general, or really, anything related to dogs 🤣🤣🤣

Bella is the oldest and quite honestly, the most perfect dog who ever lived.
